Windpark De Plaet

The wind turbines at De Plaet wind farm have been operational since the end of 2021 and are one of the largest onshore wind farms in the Netherlands (32,4 MW). The wind farm is owned by Deltawind and Promill BV. In early 2022, the idea arose to co-locate a battery at one of the wind farm's crane sites. Green Energy Storage From that point on, we oversaw the entire project, resulting in the battery's delivery in the summer of 2024. The battery will be used in the FCR and imbalance markets, and we remain involved as asset managers.
