Construction and pre-qualification

In the realisation phase we bring the project from design to operational reality. GES coordinates and supervises the complete construction of the battery storage system, including civil engineering, installation of batteries, inverters and transformers, and connection to the electricity grid.

We actively manage planning, quality, safety, and cost control, working closely with contractors, suppliers, and grid operators. Through strict management and clear responsibilities, we ensure a predictable and controlled construction process.

Parallel to construction, we provide pre-qualification and technical validation of the system, ensuring the project is ready for commercial deployment on the energy markets in a timely manner. Only when all systems demonstrably meet the gesIf the requirements are met, we transfer the project to the management phase.
